Purpose: Ultimate Clipboard Pro provides user-controlled capture, organization, search, editing, local backup, optional Google Drive synchronization and optional Pro features. It is a productivity tool, not a guaranteed archival, legal, medical, financial or security service.
Eligibility and authority: users must be legally able to accept these terms and must use the extension only on devices, accounts, pages and content they are authorized to access. A business user confirms authority to bind the organization they represent.
License grant: ArcaWand Soft grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the extension under these terms. Ownership of the software, branding, assets and documentation remains with ArcaWand Soft and its licensors.
Free and Pro use: free limits and Pro entitlements are those displayed in the current product interface and offer. A Pro license is for its lawful purchaser, may be activated on up to three devices, and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed or used to evade activation limits.
Prohibited conduct: do not reverse engineer except where mandatory law permits it, bypass licensing or security, extract secrets, inject malicious content, disrupt services, automate abusive requests, infringe rights, or use the extension to collect or process data unlawfully.
User content and sources: users retain responsibility for captured, imported, synchronized, restored, copied and exported material, including copyright, confidentiality, personal data, permissions and accuracy. The extension does not grant rights to third-party page content.
Data protection: local-first behavior, optional Drive processing, licensing boundaries, retention choices and user controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Users must protect their Chrome profile, devices, Drive account, exported backups and Vault credentials.
Backups and synchronization: local export and optional Drive sync reduce risk but do not replace an independent backup strategy. Connectivity, browser quotas, Google availability, conflicts, user deletion or corrupted imports can affect recovery. Users should verify important backups before relying on them.
Updates and availability: the extension may be corrected, secured, adapted to Chrome or Google APIs, or have features changed where reasonably necessary. Temporary interruption, browser incompatibility or third-party outage may occur. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Third-party services: Chrome and Google Drive are governed by Google terms; payment and transaction processing are governed by Dodo Payments terms shown at checkout. ArcaWand Soft does not control those independent services and does not receive payment card data.
Enforcement: material breach, fraud, chargeback, refund, license revocation or security abuse may result in suspension or loss of Pro authorization, subject to applicable law. Local user content is not remotely deleted by the license service.
Liability and law: the extension is provided with the warranties and remedies required by applicable law. To the maximum extent lawfully permitted, indirect or unforeseeable losses are excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and the competent courts available to consumers remain unaffected. The English version is the reference if translations conflict.
