Effective date: 22 August 2026. These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of Ultimate Clipboard Pro - Lifetime License. They complement the Terms of Use and the mandatory information displayed at checkout.
Commercial roles: ArcaWand Soft publishes and supplies the software, license and product support. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and legal reseller for the checkout transaction, receives payment, handles applicable transaction taxes and issues the payment documentation under its Buyer Terms.
Product: the purchase unlocks the Pro lifetime plan for Ultimate Clipboard Pro, including the Pro capabilities described in the current offer. It is a digital product delivered electronically and does not include hardware, a Google account, internet access or third-party service guarantees.
Order: the customer reviews the product, total price, currency, taxes, billing information and applicable Dodo Buyer Terms before confirming payment. The checkout confirmation and receipt identify the final transaction. ArcaWand Soft may correct an obvious description or pricing error before fulfillment, subject to law.
Price and taxes: the current reference offer is a one-time USD 49.00 tax-inclusive price with no subscription. The amount, currency, tax treatment and any lawful regional adjustment displayed by Dodo Payments at checkout are authoritative for the order.
Payment and invoice: payment methods, authorization, fraud controls, currency conversion and payment documentation are handled by Dodo Payments. ArcaWand Soft does not receive or store full payment-card details. A failed or reversed payment does not create a Pro entitlement.
Delivery: after successful payment, the license key is issued electronically using the contact details supplied at checkout. The customer must provide a valid email address, protect the key and check spam folders. Contact contact@arcawand-soft.com with the receipt if delivery fails.
Activation: one license may be active on up to three devices. Each installation consumes one slot. Removing the license from Settings deactivates that device remotely and frees its slot when confirmed. Uninstalling first does not automatically free the remote activation.
Lifetime meaning: this is a one-time license, not a recurring subscription. It authorizes the purchased Pro version and reasonable compatible updates while Ultimate Clipboard Pro is maintained and technically distributable; it does not guarantee that Chrome, Google APIs or every third-party service will exist indefinitely.
Withdrawal and refunds: the rights shown at checkout, the Dodo Buyer Terms and mandatory consumer law apply. Where immediate delivery of digital content requires express consent and acknowledgment regarding withdrawal rights, the checkout record governs. Activation alone is not stated here to waive a mandatory right. Refund requests are assessed through Dodo Payments and applicable law.
Revocation and disputes: a refund, chargeback, fraudulent purchase, unlawful sharing or material license abuse may revoke the entitlement and device tokens. Technical access can be restored after a proven processing error. Nothing removes statutory conformity remedies.
Customer responsibilities: verify browser compatibility, keep the receipt and key secure, maintain independent backups, deactivate a device before uninstalling, and provide accurate checkout and support information. Do not publish or transfer the key.
Support and conformity: product and activation support is available at contact@arcawand-soft.com. Payment, invoice and transaction-refund processing may be handled by Dodo Payments. Consumers retain all non-waivable legal guarantees and remedies in their country.
Documents and priority: the checkout summary, Dodo Buyer Terms, these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy form the relevant documents. Mandatory law prevails. If translations conflict, the English product text is the reference without depriving consumers of protections in their language or jurisdiction.
