Article 1 - Definitions
In these Terms, Figgliz means the Chrome extension, its interfaces, chat, webcam, game, moderation, license and related technical services. User means any person who installs, opens, configures or uses Figgliz, whether under Free, Plus, Pro or a launch offer.
- Arcawand Soft means the service publisher.
- Dodo Payments means the provider that may process payments and paid license management.
- Services include matching, text chat, voice notes, P2P webcam, mini-games, emojis, notifications, settings, reports and safety controls.
Article 2 - Acceptance
Installing, opening, becoming available, sending a message, accepting an invitation, using webcam, voice, games or paid features means full acceptance of these Terms. The User must read them before using Figgliz and stop using the service if they do not accept them.
- The essential commitments shown during onboarding do not replace these complete Terms.
- Arcawand Soft may refuse, limit, suspend or interrupt access in case of breach, safety risk, abuse, fraud, dangerous behavior or a legitimate request from a competent authority.
Article 3 - Age, capacity and minors
Figgliz is intended for adult Users with legal capacity under the laws applicable in their country of residence. Minors must not use Figgliz alone and must never use it where local law, parental authority or child-protection rules prohibit it.
- Any User stating they are a minor, appearing to be a minor or creating doubt about their age must be reported immediately.
- No adult may seek private, intimate, insistent or unsupervised contact with a minor through Figgliz.
- The User remains responsible for checking local obligations before using an online random connection service.
Article 4 - Service description
Figgliz enables random anonymous exchanges between Users through text, short voice notes, invitation-based webcam sessions, 1v1 mini-games, emojis and moderation tools. The service does not guarantee the identity, availability, sincerity, behavior, location or compatibility of the other User.
- Matching depends on availability, preferences, quotas, technical limits, network conditions and anti-abuse measures.
- Webcam relies on WebRTC and may be unavailable or degraded depending on browser, network, VPN, firewall, device or Chrome permissions.
- Games and visual effects are entertainment features with no guarantee of result, permanent ranking or continuous availability.
Article 5 - Free, Plus, Pro and launch offers
Figgliz may offer Free access and paid Figgliz Plus, Figgliz Pro, monthly, yearly or launch plans, including Pro Lifetime when displayed. Features, quotas, priorities, cooldowns, limits, prices and benefits are those shown in the extension, premium page or checkout at the time of purchase.
- Free may include daily limits, including voice notes, the daily accepted audio or video call, Next or advanced options.
- Plus and Pro may unlock comfort, more usage, filters, priority, video customization, webcam backgrounds, gifted call credits or beta features.
- Any feature described as unlimited remains subject to fair use, technical availability, abuse prevention and service stability.
- Beta, experimental or launch features may evolve, be suspended, replaced or adjusted for technical, business, legal or safety reasons.
Article 6 - Payment, Dodo Payments, renewal and license
Paid plans may be processed by Dodo Payments. Price, tax, currency, term, renewal, cancellation, subscription management, possible refund and payment conditions are shown at checkout and may depend on Dodo Payments rules and applicable law.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled by the User through the payment portal or indicated flow.
- The license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable and limited to normal User use.
- Arcawand Soft may verify license status, product, period, payment state and rights to enable or remove paid features.
- Fraud, mass sharing, resale, falsification, license bypass or attempted undue access may lead to suspension or deactivation.
Article 7 - Conduct rules
The User agrees to act respectfully, carefully, honestly and lawfully. Hate speech, threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, doxxing, scams, blackmail, manipulation, impersonation, unsolicited sexual content, exploitation, violence incitement, unlawful behavior or harm to others are prohibited.
- The User must not bypass blocking, reports, quotas, moderation, licenses, matching or safety tools.
- The User must not automate, scrape, disrupt, overload, decompile or modify Figgliz outside permitted uses.
- The User must leave, block or report any dangerous, intrusive, insistent or non-compliant interaction.
Article 8 - Personal safety and offline meetings
Figgliz does not recommend physical meetings with unknown people. If a User chooses, under their sole responsibility, to meet someone offline, strict precautions are required: public place, informing a trusted person, independent transport, no isolation, no financial sharing, no pressure and immediate ability to leave.
- Never go alone to a private place with someone met through the extension.
- Tell a trusted person the time, place and known identity information where lawful.
- Never send money, documents, codes, sensitive photos, banking data, address, workplace, school or personal schedule.
- Stop any exchange involving pressure, secrecy, threats, insistence or inconsistencies.
Article 9 - Personal data, confidentiality and content
The User should avoid sharing their own contact details and must never collect, publish, sell, exploit or distribute another User's details. Messages, voice, images, environment, screenshots, preferences or metadata must not be used against someone or published without lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Recording, capturing, rebroadcasting or publishing another User's voice, image, webcam, environment or messages without valid authorization is prohibited.
- Reports may include information useful for safety, abuse review, blocking, quotas or moderation.
- Figgliz is not designed as chat storage and must not be used to keep evidence without complying with applicable law.
Article 10 - Webcam, audio, P2P and technical limits
Webcam and audio sessions are optional, invitation or acceptance based, and depend on browser, permissions, devices, network, VPN, firewalls and WebRTC capabilities. The User understands that peer-to-peer mode can fail or degrade and that Figgliz may display unavailability messages without guaranteeing immediate resolution.
- The User remains responsible for what they show, stream or say on camera.
- Webcam backgrounds, filters, blur, effects, settings or optimizations are provided on a best-efforts basis and may vary by device.
- Arcawand Soft does not guarantee continuity, latency, quality, compatibility or absence of interruption of an audio/video session.
Article 11 - Moderation, reports and protection measures
Arcawand Soft may use automatic or manual abuse-prevention tools: quotas, blocks, reports, contact-detail detection, license checks, feature limits, technical logs, tokens, server checks and proportionate safety measures.
- Abusive, false or weaponized reports may themselves breach these Terms.
- Protection measures may be applied without notice where there is a risk to Users, service, infrastructure or legal compliance.
- Arcawand Soft may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
Article 12 - Liability and warranties
Figgliz is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Arcawand Soft does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, compatibility with all sites, devices, browsers, VPNs or networks, or that exchanges will be useful, pleasant, safe or consistent with each User's expectations.
- The User is solely responsible for their messages, choices, invitations, acceptances, refusals, meetings, sharing and behavior.
- Arcawand Soft cannot guarantee another User's identity or intentions.
- Nothing limits mandatory rights that the User has under applicable law.
Article 13 - Changes, suspension and end of service
Arcawand Soft may evolve Figgliz, add, remove, limit, rename or modify features, offers, prices, quotas, games, effects, pages, rules or technologies to improve safety, quality, stability, compliance and service viability.
- The User may stop using the extension, uninstall it or manage their plan through available means.
- Some local data may remain in Chrome until removed by the User or browser.
- These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
Article 14 - Contact
For questions about Figgliz, these Terms, a license, privacy, safety or a report, the User may contact Arcawand Soft at contact@arcawand-soft.com.
- Requests should be precise and include only strictly necessary information.
- In an emergency or immediate danger, the User must contact emergency services or competent authorities in their country before any other step.
Article 15 - Local conversation history
When the feature is available to the User, conversation history lets the User locally review meaningful exchanges and events, including messages, voice notes, animated emojis, accepted invitations, calls, webcams, games and scores. This history is not stored on Figgliz servers and Arcawand Soft has no direct access to its content. It remains on the User's device, under the User's exclusive control, subject to browser and system limits.
- The User may delete one conversation or the entire history from the dedicated interface.
- A simple match without any message or accepted invitation is not intended to create an exploitable archive.
- The User remains responsible for the confidentiality of the device, Chrome session and anyone who can access it.
Article 16 - Password, lost access and security deletion
Access to local history is protected by a password chosen by the User. Figgliz does not store that password in plain text and does not provide a server mechanism allowing Arcawand Soft to read, extract or restore the history without it. If the password is forgotten, reset is requested, or the secret question cannot be verified, the User accepts that recovering access requires permanent deletion of the relevant local history. This deletion protects privacy and cannot be reversed by Arcawand Soft.
- The User must choose a strong enough password and keep the secret answer confidential.
- Uninstalling the browser, deleting extension data, system cleanup or device reset may delete local history.
- Arcawand Soft cannot guarantee preservation of local history deleted by the User, browser, system or a third-party tool.
Article 17 - Free calls, gifted credits and Pro Lifetime
Audio and video calls are subject to the quotas, rights and checks shown in the extension. Free includes 1 accepted audio or video call per day, incoming or outgoing, based on the User's time zone. Declined, cancelled or unanswered calls do not consume that quota.
- Plus members may gift 2 call credits per day to Free Users who have used their quota.
- Monthly or yearly Pro members may gift 5 call credits per day.
- The Pro Lifetime launch offer may gift 10 call credits per day when active and displayed.
- A gifted credit is consumed only if the audio or video call is actually accepted.
- Arcawand Soft may verify server-side the license, installation ID, IP address or hash, time zone, action tokens and acceptance events to prevent bypass, fraud or abusive use.
