Figgliz is a Chrome extension for anonymous conversations, with optional voice notes, video, webcam backgrounds, games, and a discreet launcher.
Do I need an account?
No. The extension uses a local anonymous identifier. A license key is needed only for Plus, Pro, or Pro Lifetime.
How do I start?
Choose your settings, become available, and let the extension search using languages, accepted genders, and availability.
The extension cannot connect to the server. What could cause this?
First check your internet connection and make sure normal browsing works in your browser. Some VPNs do not allow P2P connections. Because Figgliz mainly works through P2P, also test the extension with the VPN temporarily disabled.
How do I stop or switch?
You can become unavailable, use Next, block someone, or close the current video/game session.
Can I send files?
No. The extension is intentionally limited to text, short voice notes, video invitations, and built-in games.
Does video start automatically?
No. Video requires an invitation and explicit acceptance. Each person can decline, mute, pause, or stop it.
What are video backgrounds?
They are blur or background images applied to the webcam. They are reserved for Plus and Pro members.
What does video mirror do?
It flips the image horizontally for comfort. The stream and background follow the mirror state so the result stays consistent.
Which games are available?
The extension includes games such as Ping-Pong, Air Hockey, and Flappy Duo, with chat invitations and modes with or without webcam.
Why do I see P2P or TURN?
The badge shows the technical route: direct browser-to-browser or compatibility relay when the network requires it.
What does the launcher do?
It opens the side panel, keeps a draggable position, collapses into a tab, and shows unread messages when no chat window is active.
Why do I get a personal details warning?
The local detector recognizes likely emails, phones, social accounts, addresses, or sensitive IDs and asks for confirmation before sending.
What are the plans?
Free is for discovery with 1 accepted video or audio call per day. Plus raises limits, adds 2 call credits to gift per day and unlocks comfort features. Pro adds the complete experience with 5 call credits to gift per day. Pro Lifetime gives lifetime Pro access through the launch offer and may gift 10 credits per day.
How is my license verified?
The extension stores the key locally and quickly checks the server for status, exact Dodo Payments product name, validity, and rights.
Are my messages sold or used for ads?
No. Figgliz does not sell conversations or build advertising profiles from them.
Are voice or video recorded?
Not by default. Streams use WebRTC. Elements may be sent only through a report or consent-based interface.
What happens when I report?
The report may include a category, comment, anonymous IDs, technical metadata, and elements useful for moderation.
Can I revoke camera and microphone?
Yes. Settings can request, check, and revoke browser camera and microphone permissions.
Why is the VPS used?
It handles presence, matching, signaling, quotas, license checks, anti-cheat protections, and reports. Games currently stay P2P.

Where is conversation history stored?
It is stored locally in Chrome on the User's device. Figgliz does not keep a server database for replaying conversations: the server handles connection, licenses, quotas, reports, and safety, but does not provide centralized access to your history.
What happens if I forget the history password?
Access is intentionally protected. The secret question may allow local reset, but for safety this deletes the entire local history before a new access is created. Figgliz cannot recover or read this history for you.
How does the daily free call work?
On Free, audio and video share the same quota: 1 accepted call per day in the User's time zone. Declined, cancelled or unanswered calls do not consume the quota. If an audio call is accepted and video is accepted later, this may count as two separate uses.
What does gifting a call credit mean?
When a Free peer has already used the daily call, a Plus or Pro member may choose to gift a credit. The credit is consumed only if the peer actually accepts the audio or video call. If they decline, do not answer or the call is cancelled, the credit is not spent.
